Why use PLUSBUS ?

• convenient way to travel without the stress of driving & parking
• great value – pay a set price per day for your train journey (Single or Day Return) & unlimited bus travel
• greener way to travel – travelling from the train station by bus is better for the environment than making a car journey
  

The new PLUSBUS ticket allows you to travel by train as well as unlimited day travel on Ulsterbus town services or Metro in Belfast, including the Airport Express 600 bus to George Best Belfast City Airport.

Your ticket will enable you to make your journey by rail and continue to your final destination by bus.

PLUSBUS can be used for the destination end of your initial rail journey, for example if you are travelling from Bangor to Lisburn, the bus portion of your ticket entitles you to unlimited bus travel on Lisburn city services for the day (but not in Bangor). Or if you are travelling from Portadown to Belfast for example, you will have full use of Metro services around Greater Belfast for the day. You can hop onto the bus from the station and make other bus journeys around town too.
  
Great value

PLUSBUS can save you money, and is more convenient than buying separate tickets for your bus journeys. You pay a set amount for each day’s unlimited bus travel, in addition to your train fare.
  
Easy to buy

Ask for PLUSBUS when buying your train ticket at NI Railways stations or from conductors (not available from bus stations or bus drivers) and say whether you want to add unlimited day travel around Belfast on Metro OR on Ulsterbus town services.

PLUSBUS tickets are issued on the day of travel for rail adult single or rail adult day return journeys. (not available on children’s tickets)
